Carl Henry is an innovative artist who paints with resin on canvas, creating works that appear luminous, as if electrically lit from behind. Drawing influence from Mark Rothko, his paintings are a harmonious blend of colours that evoke a sense of depth and emotion. During his time at a prominent Australian University, Henry produced large bodies of work and honed his unique aesthetic. As technological advancements in art-making evolved, he pushed his style to new heights, earning him the title "The Millennial Rothko." Henry had exhibited in a number of prominent Australian Galleries, most recently Compendium Gallery and is a part of numerous distinguished art collections both nationally and internationally.
